OUR APPROAcH TO PERSONAL TRAINING

To start, you'll begin with a free one-on-one consultation and personal training session with one of our certified personal trainers. Everybody is different - one program might be right for you, but not someone else. Each person is different with unique variables that need to be addressed in order to maximize results and prevent excessive wear-and-tear on the body.

In addition, you'll also receive: a detailed workout and nutrition plan; access to us by phone or email around the clock; a discount on any nutritional supplement we offer; and our Referral Reward Program. Not to mention articles and information from leaders in the fitness and nutrition industry.

 

HERE'S WHAT DEFINE FITNESS WILL DO FOR YOU

  • Listen... Together, we will set goals based on your individual needs.

  • Work closely with you to integrate exercise and nutrition into your lifestyle.

  • Design a custom performance exercise program incorporating all variables from your evaluation.

  • Work with and consult your network of health professionals (if needed) to ensure safe and seamless integration of exercise into your lifestyle.

  • Motivation and mentoring that goes beyond just exercise.

  • If needed, assess and identify common back and core dysfunctions and/or orthopedic conditions such as low back pain, disc herniations, spondylolisthesis, stenosis, sacroiliac dysfunction, and spondolylosis.

  • If needed, perform thorough postural, flexibility/Range of Motion, manual muscle testing and core strength assessments.
