Our twelve week weight loss program is designed to get you started toward a healthier, happier and fitter you! To lose weight, you need to make daily efforts toward reducing the calories you consume while burning extra calories through exercise. We help you figure out what needs to change in your daily life to get the results your looking for.
With our guidance, the combination of healthy eating and regular exercise will give you a 1 to 2 pound weekly weight loss. Weekly weigh-ins and frequent body-fat testing will keep you on track, monitored and motivated.

Our certified specialists help you each step of the way to learn how to feed your body not just for fat loss, but for increased energy, muscle recovery and more. We do not believe in starvation, we believe in a healthy lifestyle change!

Some tips to get you started…
- Pay attention while you are eating. Be aware of your environment; eat slowly and mindfully.
- Do not eat while working, watching TV, using a computer, or driving, distractions will no doubt set you up to over eat.
- You do not have to clean your plate. Don’t feel guilty, save leftovers for a later time.
- Use smaller plates, bowls and cups. If possible leave the table as soon as you are done. The longer you sit at the table, the more you will eat.
- Plan your meals and snacks ahead of time and don’t eat out of large bags or boxes.
- Take the stairs as much as possible, park your car a little further then normal and chase and play with your pets and kids… burn extra calories whenever you can.
